Mr. Miyamoto studied his art at Yomura’s sushi house in the heart of Tokyo under the world famous chef of the same name, Yomura Kenji, where he spent three years as an apprentice. He then moved to Goji Sushi in the renowned Tokyo Fish Market where he spent the next ten years as the head chef. His passion for spreading Japanese cuisine has led him here now to the New York to open his very own restaurant.
